At Emma Horrocks Designs, we strive to ensure that our shipping methods, packaging and costs are transparent and easily understandable to our customers. We use upcycled and renewable fabrics where possible to reduce our impact on the environment. Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, and will be displayed at checkout. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process and ship your order. Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Emma Horrocks Designs. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order details and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.
